This is a great day for heavy music in Queensland as the beloved Crowbar opens its doors in the fortitude valley yet again to provide a safe, reliable, great sounding, ethically run & independently owned music vence! Teaming up with Black Blood Audio this is the first of what will become many showcase edition shows presenting the best in Deavy Dark & Alternative music from around australia. With a new sound system and the wizard himself Ean redman on Full time Production duties this is a recipe for good times!!!!
Currently Celebrating 10 years of destruction and riffs is Honest Crooks from NSW. They will be returning to Queensland with their concise, furious style of Death Metal to headline this maiden voyage, After a recent tour with Disentomb and a sleuth of Epic shows under their belt this year Honest Crooks are sure to be on top of their game and blow the roof clean off in so subtle fasion.
Supporting them is Brisbanes resident HM2 advocate Descent. These guys are purveyors of Swedish Death Metal and all things dark and grinding, a powerhouse of riffs not to be missed. After and enornouse year of gigs supporting Gatecreeper, Nile & Killswitch Engage this will be the bands last show for 2024 before returning to the studio to commence work on the 3rd studio album.
Also Supporting the show is Gold Coast's hardest beatdown batalyon: Cold Blood. Catch them ripping tracks from their latest EP "Compulsion". OUT NOW
And Opening up the night's proceedings will be Brisbane young guns "Street Suffer". Although only having been on the gig scene for just over 1 year they are already making waves with their style of beatdown hardcore and should not be missed!!!
