Mid Drift | Crowbar Birthday Week

CROWBAR'S 14TH BIRTHDAY WEEK

Thursday 17 - Sunday 20 December

Crowbar Brisbane & Crowbar Sydney

YOU READY? Crowbar turns 14 this year and we're celebrating with four nights of mayhem in BOTH cities. We've been cooking up one epic lineup to see out the year, bringing you something from every corner of heavy, punk and indie.

Our birthday lineup features Thy Art Is Murder, Deez Nuts, Last Dinosaurs, Mid Drift, Catastrophe gigs and plenty more to be revealed!

Forget the work Christmas party. This is the one. Pace yourself, hydrate, stretch the neck, and maybe book the Friday off. Don't peak on Thursday. We've all been there 😵

A sound drenched in sun-soaked melodies and shimmering guitar licks, Brisbane’s indie-rock sweethearts Mid Drift have rapidly become one of Australia’s most compelling live bands. The female-fronted five-piece skyrocketed through 2026, proving their powerhouse status by selling out two national headline tours and commanding packed rooms across the country.

Known for their infectious energy and magnetic stage presence, Mid Drift have seamlessly graduated from local indie darlings to major festival staples, sharing coveted stages alongside Aussie crowd favourites like Ocean Alley, Old Mervs and The Vanns, while bringing their vibrant sound to prestigious lineups like Laneway, NYE On The Hill and Rolling Sets.

Carrying that unstoppable momentum forward, Mid Drift are flying the flag of Australian indie rock with the release of their sophomore EP, Good At Avoiding.

BUT WAIT, as if you need another reason, every ticket purchase goes into the draw to WIN a brand new guitar! We're giving away a Fender AND a Jackson in each city:

1 x Fender Standard Stratocaster HSS, Aqua Marine Metallic

1 x Jackson Pro Origins 1985 San Dimas SD1, Candy Apple Red

That's 4 guitars up for grabs across Brisbane and Sydney. INSANITY! Huge thanks to Fender Music Australia 🎸
