BLOODBATH (Sweden) Announce Australian Tour with NERVOCHAOS (Brazil) – March 2027

Swedish Death Metal Icons Return to Australia with Brazilian Death Metal Veterans NervoChaos as Main Support

Two of the world's most respected names in extreme metal are joining forces for an unmissable Australian invasion. Swedish death metal icons Bloodbath will return to Australia in February and March 2027, bringing Brazilian extreme metal veterans NervoChaos as their main support for the entire national tour.

For the first time since 2019, Bloodbath will unleash their devastating brand of Swedish death metal across the country, with NervoChaos joining them for every tour date before both bands culminate the run with special co-headline performances at Perth Dethfest2027 and Melbourne Dethfest 2027.

This exclusive Australian run will unite the crushing sound of classic Swedish death metal with the savage intensity of Brazil's underground, delivering a month of relentless riffs, blast beats and extreme metal destruction.

BLOODBATH – SWEDISH DEATH METAL

Founded in 1998, Bloodbath has become one of the defining names in modern death metal. Originally formed by members of Opeth, Katatonia and Paradise Lost, the band has built a formidable reputation through landmark releases including Resurrection Through Carnage, Nightmares Made Flesh, The Fathomless Mastery, Grand Morbid Funeral and Survival of the Sickest.

Renowned for their uncompromising sound, crushing HM-2 guitar tone and devastating live performances, Bloodbath remain one of Sweden's most celebrated exports in extreme music.

For the first time since 2019, Bloodbath return to Australia — bringing Swedish death metal back to the masses and teaching them the true meaning of Swedish Death Metal!

NERVOCHAOS – BRAZILIAN EXTREME METAL DESTRUCTION

Joining Bloodbath as the main support for the entire Australian tour, NervoChaos return to Australia for the first time since 2019, when they previously toured the country with Incantation.

With an extensive catalogue of acclaimed releases and countless tours across Europe, Asia, North and South America, the Brazilians have earned worldwide respect for their ferocious live performances and unwavering dedication to the underground.

Fusing old-school death metal with blackened aggression and thrash intensity, NervoChaoshave continued to evolve while maintaining the raw, uncompromising attitude that has defined the band since its formation.

With multiple albums released since their last Australian appearance, NervoChaos return to unleash a new level of Brazilian Extreme Metal Destruction on Australian audiences.

As Bloodbath's main support, NervoChaos will be there for the entire Australian run — making this a rare opportunity to witness two international extreme metal forces on the same bill across the country.

Fans can expect career-spanning sets from both bands, featuring fan favourites, deep cuts and modern classics.

Bloodbath will deliver their unmistakable Swedish death metal assault, while NervoChaoswill bring the savage energy and underground intensity that has made them one of Brazil's most respected extreme metal exports.
